Eyes change colour with Photoshop

this tutorial will discuss about how to make a lens to look flamboyant and visible light, such as the shine off a remarkable.

For the start click on the Edit in quick mask mode :

Now,with the brush tool paint the eyes,like this :

Click again on the Edit in quick mask mode,and you will have this :

Right click on the mouse and choose select inverse :

Right click on the mouse again and choose Layer via Copy

Type Ctrl+U and choose the color of the eyes:

With the burn tool paint the iris:

Now choose the dodge tool and paint:
