Sponge, Underpainting, Watercolor Effects

The filters can do important work.Here i will show you all standart filters and i will explain important things about them.
The filters are lockated in the Filter menu.
Lets start with the filters Artistic sub menu:

Sponge
The best way you will see this filter is in a image with very contrast colors.
