[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size,Height & Width 380×500 pxl,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Make Selection’
[3]-In Make Selection ‘Feather Radius’ should 0 pxl,tick on New Selection & then ok & your image should look like as shown below
[4]-Now fill the selection with ‘363636′ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’ 
[5]-Now select ‘Dodge Tool’ 
[6]-Now go to Filter>Artistic>Paint Daubs & use the following settings
[7]-Now set the 1 pxl Brush Tool & then create the following shape with the help Pen Tool right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[8]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & like this create the others
[9]-Now create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[10]-Now set the 2 pxl Brush Tool,Open New Layer & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’
[11]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then fill with ‘5e544a’ color
[12]-Now create the some shading with the help of ‘Burn Tool’
[13]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’ & then fill with ‘8d8e8e’ color
[14]-Now Highlight the some parts with the help of ‘Dodge Tool’
